Coaching Packages

This is a powerful 90 minute session where you discover so much about yourself as a leader and who you are. In the session you develop a personal strategy to refine your leadership goals and work towards achieving them. You have a Discovery Pack to complete before the session and I will share some resources to support your onward leadership journey.

I can help you move on to take action that moves you closer to your vision of success, living in line with your values. Coaching is tailored to suit you, the way you work and to respond to your agenda. We begin with a powerful Discovery Session to lay a strong foundation for ongoing coaching, and then we meet regularly over the six months to work on your goals and agenda. I offer resources and tools to support you in between sessions, as well as friendly informal contact by email or text.

If you know you want to make a change in your work and life, but you are not quite sure what direction you want to follow, then this four-month package can help. We work together to establish where you are in terms of life dimensions, and plot a path to change that works for you. It is a fairly structured programme with workbooks for you to complete in between coaching/mentoring sessions to bring your change to life.

I work with you over a longer period of at least a year. I am there for you to support effective mindset, kick start motivation through challenging times, helping you remain energised and focused as well as providing space to develop strategic thinking. We have ongoing coaching with regular focus sessions to set and review coaching goals.
