It is a handy booklet containing some self-coaching ideas, worksheets, and references to articles and podcasts all on the topic of building self-belief and confidence. It is designed to help you do your own self-coaching, and address key issues of the day. The intention is to offer bite-size exercises and thought provocations that you can work on over a few weeks at your own pace. I hope you have as much fun with it as I did creating it!
